The Alchemy tower is a medival style tower built on top of a floating island and is one of the most iconic buildings in Icenia, unfortunatly its original owner, Frostywafflez has gone inactive, and although it is not clear wether or not wafflez intended for this building to be public goverment property as seen here, I prefer to take the safe route and do a proper dereliction.
I intend to turn this tower into the new headquarters of the Icenia City Corporation (ICC), this is simply a takeover, the building itself will remain the way it is as I have no intention of destroying such a iconic landmark of Icenia.
