The past week has been incredibly great for the nation of Icenia. We are on the verge of finishing our constitution and we have almost doubled the size of our population with active players.

Icenia has grown more in this past week than it has since its founding-but we have a lot of work to do.

With the constitution signing coming up it is only fitting that we have the government buildings in Icenia to show off our great nation.

Here is what we must get done

1. We must plan and design the government district which will include the shining centerpiece of Icenia...our Capitol building as well as the library, courthouse, different department buildings, national mall, national trading center, and a monument of some sorts to the independence of Icenia.

Secondly we need to expand our farms greatly. Icenia is right now making bank of selling oak saplings. If we can greatly increase the size of our oak farms that would be great. Expanding our wheat farms and potato farms is also in order. Id like to invest in a gold farm as soon as possible as well so we don't have to keep going to SPQR.

Thirdly we need to finish laying rail in the orion-icenia tunnel which has been completed. We are waiting on SPQR to get rails to connect us to their cities as well. These rails will be lifelines to the nation of Icenia. Eventually they will have ice roads running along them as well.

In terms of factories we need a carpentry factory soon and I would like to get a biolab, gold spade, and diamond equipment factories as well.

We have a lot to do and I would like everyone working hard to meet our goals.
