The following needs to be done

We need to start solidifying our land claims.

This will be done in talks with Kaiserin and even SPQR/Volterra and Orion. It could mean that we have to pay for some of the land but I am sure we can get some for free

Developing the constitution and code of laws

We should look at such nations like SPQR, Mount Augusta, Orion, and other GNA member states for help with this. I am going to have TheHobbiest look over it for us as well as other members

Getting Iron and other materials.

The best place to get iron is under an ice mountain. There are plenty around Olympia and the Commonwealth. I will myself head down there on an alt to around commonwealth and get some. This is needed to reinforce our snitches that we now have. We also can get materials via trade

Making more factories

As time progresses we are going to need to make more factories and consider exporting XP. I urge you to take a look at the different factories on the factory mod link

Transferring groups over/ Making clear groups

Right now Icenia_Citizens has replaced the group Icenia this will be used for common reinforcing and such. However to prevent future greifs on important structures I will be creating a specified building group with trusted people on it. This will allow for government buildings to be safer.

Transportation.

Obviously we need to fix the bottom of the rail station and make it look nice. We need to finish the rail station in general as well. We also are going to make the rail to Harvest a direct rail to Orion. This will require tearing up more of the rails that were not used at the end of the current one and rerouting them. This will be easy as our rail can simply bypass where it is in Harvest and continue to Orions central station. This will require some talking to with Orion to get logistics and group access.

We also should consider an ice road to Orion.

Developing the nation

This will be done economically and building wise. We need to build ourselves up, get more people, and expand our influence.
