This a post directed to any Ibogaine provider or experience person.

I'm working in a Ibogaine clinic here in Mexico. We had a lot of success doing treatments for heroin addicts. But with fentanyl we realize we are in a complete new game.

We clients arrive we put them on SAOs and wait 4 to 5 days until they test negative for fentanyl (witch that's not really happening right away, they can still taste positive after some weeks). What we realize is that people need to start to switch to SAOs at least one week before they come. The problem is access to quality SAOs and also clients following the right protocol.

I was wondering that if any of you have some insight on this matter, and if you have a protocol you are willing to share that might help us.
