Buying prestige’s with neck damage

So I found this guitar on local Facebook marketplace for steep discount it it has a broken neck. It’s been repaired, and the repair looks solid.
Am I wrong to want an unbroken instrument? Would anyone else snag this? It’s been on marketplace for over 9 months which makes me believe that it’s still priced too high with it having been broken
