Hi there! I'm new here, and I know this question might be asked a couple of times already but I'm not getting the answer I wanted heehee. Where can I possibly download songs legitimately that I can use for mixing songs? I mean beatport is good, although they are mostly trance/house and they the songs get taken from you when the subscription ends. I wanted the songs to be forever with me, stored on my laptop. I just can't seem to find a good website anywhere, and I don't want to download songs illegally from torrent or something.
I would also like if there's someone who is also starting their DJ-ing journey as well. I am 32, and I'm not sure if I would be able to pull this off haha but I really like playing songs for other people. Is the learning curve overwhelming? Do I need to know the fundamentals of music or how to play musical instruments?
