IWTL how to control my anxiety/stress response

I have failed my driving test twice now due to nerves. I know how to drive; I'm doing fine but then I'll do something stupid like pull out when I shouldn't because the nerves get to me. I shake a little and my heart races, it's horrible.

Similarly, at work I'll be given a super important project or tasked to do something in front of people and I'll go red as a beetroot, my heart will begin racing and I find it very hard to focus and make silly mistakes. I need to stop this!
