I'm an aspiring young writer/director and I was curious to ask a large group of people this question. My goal is to learn as much about what goes into the writing of a film or TV show that makes it really stand out to a viewer. Yes, I'm well aware how difficult it is to break into an industry such as film and TV, so spare me that whole lecture please. Not trying to be rude, but you don't know how exasperating it is to hear that over and over and over.
So, I'm asking this question to film buffs, directors, writers, anyone involved in the creative process of making a film, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, people who just straight up enjoy watching movies!
Thanks for the help you guys, and I look forward to reading your answers :)
