Post Body

Whenever I am reading a book or doing my office work, I usually end up jumping onto a train of thoughts totally unrelated to whatever I am doing and waste a good 10-15 minutes of time.

IWTL how to avoid this distraction.

Comments

Had the same issue, got a Methylphenidate prescription. Problem not fixed but helped. Before that, I set a 20 minute timer and put my phone away the whole time. Then I got a 3 minute break (also timed).
