I am a software developer who have worked for the first time in Singapore in 2019. Covid happened and was retrenched and returned to the Philippines last June 2020.
Pre-covid, the chances of getting an employer if you previously had a work pass was quite that high. Not sure now, but I really wanted to go back to Singapore.
What are the odds at this current time?
