I am 27 male college graduate from the United States. I currently live in Houston Texas and I am very interested in moving to Sweden. My BA is in Sociology and I work in the mental health field with mentally handicapped people. I am curious on how I go about applying for a job in Sweden. I am trying to save up around 64,000kr-95,000kr to help me move, which should take me around a year. Any resource would be good. I am currently also using Rosetta Stone and LiveMocha to help me learn Swedish. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance Additionally are there employment agencies in the States that could help me locate a job overseas? Will the company help me with residency and work permits, etc? I want to move somewhere near Stockholm inside Stockholm län because rent would conceivably be much cheaper. Can anyone help?
