I've been offered a position in the US, and they're giving me the option between the L1 visa and the E3 visa. Honestly, I'd prefer the L1 because it is dual intent and leads to a green card, but at the end of the day, my wife needs to work. Which visa would be easier for her to obtain an EAD and working status?
I can't find much information about the dependents of these visa. If anyone else has gone through the same thing, would be really helpful :)
