Moving from US to EU/Nordic region

I have a B.Sc in Psychology, 15 years work experience and have been working abroad in China for the past 4 years. I've had a couple of interviews with companies in the EU area but no offers. My main focus is HR/Talent Development and Project Management.

I think they turn me down because I'm not fluent with European languages. I have some Mandarin skill but nothing business level yet. I'm looking for advice or some help in finding a position.

My main focus is to get out of China but not go back to the US. Any help is appreciated.
