3rd follicle sonogram tomorrow!

Advice Needed!

1st sonogram - could not see the ovaries very well (increased meds), and the estrogen level had gone from 20 at baseline to 87 2nd sonogram- still hard to see - saw 3 follicles on right - 13, 13 & 14…1 on the left saw a 13 mm follicle (estrogen level 662) (Started cetrinide, which my gf says is pure evil) also, found out my girlfriends ovaries just hang lower, decided to draw out the cycle longer

Tomorrow’s our 3rd! Hoping for more visible, larger follicles…

This entire process is so mystifying…any insight would be appreciated, has anyone had this experience?
