Walking around after FET
Post Body

Hello! I had my transfer on the 15th and I am showing verrryy faint positives as of this morning. My doctor told me not to exercise until at least my beta on the 26th, and for likely several weeks/months after if I am pregnant at beta.

I have a history of recurrent pregnancy loss (5 pregnancies and 0 live births), so while I am super grateful for this positive so far, I donโ€™t want to do anything that could risk the viability of this pregnancy.

I have basically been laying or sitting for the past 4 days and Iโ€™m wondering if I should be worried about going for a walk? Nothing strenuous, just a light stroll, walking a mile or two.
