I've been in IT support for 25 years and I currently work for a property management company in San Francisco. One of our main leasing offices is in SF's infamous Tenderloin district, which is home to most of the city's drug users.
The request was literally:
The crack smoke coming in from outside my window is making it hard for me to breathe, can you send a tech to help me move my computer?
She's a leasing agent, so my first thought it that it should help add to her productivity, but sure, we can move you.
