National guard going on a two week training soon , but I’m a contractor W2 for big company. Do I have any rights as a contractor?
Post Body

Im supposed to start work this Monday and currently in army weekend drill, I was just told we will be doing warfighter training for about 2 weeks 2 months from now. I understand there are laws that protect us army personnel but as a contractor I’m not quite sure if I have those benefits. I’ll be letting my employer know but any advice or veterans who have gone through this before can lend some advice is appreciated. I work for Accenture. Not sure how the company will take this as I’m new lol, I know it varies from company.
