I started getting into IT a couple of years ago, and began with my A (that's now expired). I recently finished with my bachelor's in IT, and during my time at university, I found that I loved programming. I don't quite like back-end or front-end development, although it's cool, and so I was thinking a job in devops might be suitable.
That leads me to have 2 questions.
- What other roles in IT can I do that involves programming and how should I study for them?
- From what I've seen, being a system/net admin seems to be an intro point into dev ops. Does that mean I should work on my CCNA?
Thank you!
edit - I'd like to point out that I didn't like back-end development because efficiency isn't really... enjoyable for me to work with. Front end is okay, I'm just not great at styling and never cared for making things look nice. I really like programming because I like to make things happen. I'm thinking maybe certain with automation, or just small scripts are a lot of fun to learn and do.
