None I.T. jobs that would fill a customer service experience requirement?
Post Body

Long story short my current package handler job (aka process packages in a wearhouse) with a major courier and my occasional job that I get from a staffing agency to swap out stuff for HP or Dell don’t have much or any customer service elements to them.

I’ve been job hunting since January. In every phone or face to face interview I have I’m told that I don’t qualify from not having either retail, call center or customer service experience. I have an AAT degree in computer networking from my local community college, CompTIA A , Server , Cisco CCNA, and Microsoft MTA Server Admin Fundementals certifications.

For anyone curious I live in Vancouver WA / Portland OR area.

Thank you for your time
