I know that because IT and computer science are comparatively new industries that there's more leeway for getting your foot in the door but I was wondering what the average IT worker has in formal education.
The reason I ask is because the time to apply to transfer between UCs and CSUs is here and I'm not exactly sure what the formal difference between the two is. I'm particularly looking at CSU Domingeuz Hills and note that they offer a BS in both CS and Computer Systems but don't disclose the courses required to earn a Computer Systems degree and I'd really rather not take more calculus if possible.
