I am extremely lucky I got this job first. I have 40 years hospitality and 25 management. Excessive burnout and I need a change. I really have no formal training, im studying for my A now but have used alot of tech daily in my job. Like most of you I send my resume out because you never know. This is the 1 in a million exception. They hired me on personality, management experience and the thought process to problem solving. They know my skill level I was upfront and they are willing to take a chance on a 52 years old . I'm going to make sure they know they made the right choice every day . Hang in there and stay positive.
