I was wondering, if the current state of the market, companies still offer candidates relocation assistance if they found a position outside of where they live? Is this more of a thing of the past now?
I'm thinking about applying for hybrid roles in other cities with the expectation I'd start remote and fully move to the new city in X months. You dang just uproot a family in a few weeks, and if the position is already classified as hybrid, I'd think it could be remote for a while until one could get settled.
