Post Body

I have over 5 years experience in accounting and finance and just got Sec cert. I want to try and get my foot in the door to a tech/IT/cyber job which I understand is very difficult to begin with, and my experience is completely unrelated. I have a "finance resume" for senior level jobs I would apply to in the finance world. But I'm afraid my resume would be incomprehensible to an IT hiring manager as it is. Do I have to "translate" it to appeal to IT jobs?
