I’m currently no longer working since I got let go in my ISP Help Desk/Customer Support and in a program helping me get those 3 certifications. What do I have to expect right now in the market? Any advice? What is the average time from application to interview and hire? Little information about me: Last 1.5 years of my experience was in Tech Support before that I was on SSDI(Disability) for about 10 years. Before that I had ran my own computer repair business and had 1 year of technical support experience at another ISP. Note that I live in the City of Chicago Edit- I want to make sure that you all know that I am currently working on getting my certifications and should have them later this Spring
