Resume help - trying to land first helpdesk
Hello everyone Resume help post #infinity it seems. Trying to land my first helpdesk role like seemingly alot of people on here.

I know it’s garbage now, but it was definitely a dumpster fire before. Im desperately trying to break into IT because its my passion and i dont want to break my back with my current job anymore.
Im studying and highly considering getting CCNA certified because of no responses from jobs. A lot of content I am using free resources to brush up on.
