History: I learned computers in school, programming, HTML, and did A and Net in votech. I worked Tier 1 for a state county job for a year before moving for college, ended up getting my degrees in Psychology and Masters in Professional Counseling. I worked as a therapist for a few years before burning out. I have no other IT training. Last year I got a job as Tier 1 desktop support for a statewide ReadyMix and Aggregate company which I quickly moved up into a system administrator role managing a key piece of software. For and thru this job I've learned: Project Management skills SQL CLI integrations based on PowerShell Power Automate Great Plains And some industry specific apps like Command and ConcreteGo/Cloud Batch.
