Western Governor University - is it worth it?

I recently want to go back to school and finishing up my degree but i’m currently working and i need an online degree with flexible schedule. WGU sounds like a good choice but i’m worried it might be looked down or if it’s not good enough? Also between Cloud Computing, Software Engineer and Computer Science — which degree will give me the most useful knowledge?
