So currently I work in finance and make low 60s after 3 years or so. I have been trying to apply to other finance jobs, but no such luck. I know Powershell, Python, HTML/CSS, and SQL and I have slowly been working through a cert at my local community college. In the past I worked for a tech support line and at a computer store and I am familiar with Linux and Windows. At one point I had reached out to a job (I think for $45k), but they said I needed more experience. I would like to get into programming (but it is crowded) and was thinking maybe being an admin or putting efforts into PowerBI might be worth it to get some experience in coding a tad, but I would like to keep my current pay if possible. What certs or skills would be best to switch to with little income loss? Thanks
