As the title implies, is there a Freelance / independent contractor type of company that hires IT Help Desk Level 1 with no experience in it. I'm an IT graduate and right now, I'm more of a software/application support for 3 years in all but somehow I wanted to secure my career in the IT field especially in being a help desk support. I'm open to any offers if ever you know one and preferably in a WFH setup. I tried looking in OLJ, Fiverr, Freelancer but most of them requires experience. Don't have connects in UpWork and I know that the competition is very tight but also trying my luck here just in case someone has an idea. I'm afraid of loosing my current job as of the moment and would like to retain it as much as possible to secure my stable income. Thank you in advance for your help and responses.
