Hey, So I been in my current position as a Customer Support Representative aka Technical Support now for a year. I don’t have any certifications yet and I’m 44 years old. I’m very successful in my position and have worked in Technical Support in the past as well in a ISP environment. I also have ran my own computer repair business a couple of times as well. Any advice on how I can best make my way to the NOC? I’m very motivated to get there, I’m looking into learning more about networking including routing, subnetting etc. I hope to get my Cisco certification too. Thanks in advance! Also my employer dues MDU internet using microwave and fiber.
