Should I prefer a bachelors in IT if I already have one in software development ?

Post Body
I already have experience as well as a sys admin and junior SOC analyst but am struggling to land interview for higher roles. Would it be worth my time to go back to WGU for a bachelors in IT and get my 2nd degree ?
I also have comptia Certs in A network and security as well as ITIL 4 .
