Post Body

Hello great people, I would love some advices from anyone with similar experience. I’ve been working for an MSP as a tier 1/2 IT support tech for 1.2 years and this was my first IT job. I recently got an internal IT support job where I will be helping office users with their IT needs onsite. Looking at the job description I believe that my MSP job really gave me a good starting experience to build on and chance to touch different tools which makes me feel ready on technical side of things but I was wondering if there are some things to keep in mind to be successful in this new internal IT job since this will be something new to me. Thanks all for your help.
