ESTJ or ISTJ?

I got typed as an ISTJ on MBTI, but my cognitive test typed me as ESTJ, followed closely by ISTJ.
Having done some research, I completely relate to both so Iām not sure what I fit into. It seems that the answer comes down to whether I use Te or Si more?
So could anyone help me with examples of using Te or Si as a primary function in situations?
