So I just bought a is300 in California and the car came with headers so no cats obviously if you have no cats the car won't pass smog so I bought a spare engine and it came with the 2 front cats and I replaced the headers with the cats and the check engine light is gone now do you guys think it'll pass smog if it only has the 2 front cats and not the 3rd back one ?? UPDATE so a little update for you guys took it to go get smoged and I guess I need to take it to the state ref cuz it was already tagged the person selling it to me didn't tell me that so what exactly does the state ref look for or what ??
