Lower control arms and caster arms

So I was driving today and I can really hear and feel something with the front suspension when I go over bumps, and my car just kind of sounds clapped like when I’m turning, it is kinda clapped but I was wondering what brands and specific parts besides lower control arms and bushings i should replace, and if i just need bushings or if i should get rods, i don’t have any friends who know this car or own one, i would appreciate any and all input, thanks
