WMR not updating?

My WMR hasn't moved since it switched to the "your refund is STILL being processed" bullshit. So I finally got thru to someone at the IRS, & they said my refund is being held because I over claimed the advance child tax credit or something and now my refund is supposed to be more?
Anyone else heard of some shit like this because it makes zero sense for why WMR wouldn't update.
