So yeah. When the first stimulus last year rolled around, I had to use the non-filer tool. It worked fine, I got the first two stimulus payments no problem.
The third has had problems, but was finally updated to "Needs More Information" and allows me to update my bank info. I clicked through, and it asks for your last gross income, and the amount of your last refund (or how much you owed, which doubles as a "no tax liability" button) and your updated bank info. First time, I tried just zeros for gross and refund. Then I tried zeros and no tax liability. I tried more than one zero, and then it kicked me out for the day.
Im at a loss for what to enter here. It doesnt let me leave it blank, and I have to enter something. Or do I have to go back to my actual last tax return (which was shit, 2012?)
