Hey IRS guru
I have not received EIP 1,2 or 3 due to my foreign address, i have moved back to the us in 2021 but my tax filing was too late to salvage the EIP 3, assuming they will not resend it when they approve my return, can i lower my withholding taxes on W-4 to account for EIP 3 and not claim it on 2021 taxes?
