I sent my taxes by mail more than 9 weeks ago and since then I’ve been logging into the website to pay my debt, I’ve called to their phone numbers and I never get to talk to an agent cause at this point I’m getting stressed and desperate because I don’t know if they even received my documents, they all say it takes within 16 weeks or so but I don’t want to wait that long, the usps people didn’t help me at all either and they said that they couldn’t verify who received the envelope since it was sent to a PO Box address, it’s a pretty shitty situation, anyone has gone through this that can help me out?? Thanks!🥹
