How long after accepting the refund amount change?

About 2 weeks ago I called the IRS and they told me there was a change in the refund amount and that I had to accept it for the refund to be released. So he released it but my transcript still has nothing on it but today my wages transcript has stuff on it now
Any ideas how much longer?
