I live abroad and keep receiving the W-8BEN form from my US bank.

Hi,
So I live abroad but I was able to open a US banking account while still living abroad. Never been a US citizen, nor intend to.
But I keep receiving the W-8BEN tax form as a declaration. Last year I send it with to the specified reply address and got the envelope back saying "Address does not exist".
What am I supposed to do with the form? They send a new one just a couple of week ago.
I tried to call to the bank to understand but I've already spent 30 dollars in international calls without any real answer on how to procede.
