The accident was awful. I broke my ankle and had a bunch of other injuries. I was effectively bedridden for a month (a lot of that had to due with some associated depression, though). I'd been doing physical therapy, but I couldn't really "exercise" until last week.
I started P90X3 Lean last week, and it is going fine. I'm very heavily "modifying," and being very careful. No where near as intense as I used to be, but I'll build up to that again.
I did all the workouts last week except for Agility (my legs can't handle all the hoppity skippity fleet feet stuff).
I already feel a lot stronger. I did Accelerator yesterday, and I'm about to go do The Warrior in a few minutes.
Anyway, get ready for more posts. I'm so glad to see that so many of you have kept this subreddit active while I was away.
I love you all. And wear your seat belts. Pretty sure it saved my life.
