I'm 29 years old and I'm unhealthy as fuck. I smoke a cigar every once in a while, the only exercise I get is when I walk to work (.7 miles) and while at I work (at McDonalds.) Perdictably, my diet is shit, basically I only eat work because I'm don't want to spend a shit ton on food. My usual meal is a quarter pounder w/ cheese, a double quarter pounder w/ cheese, or a big mac with medium fries and medium drink.
I'm sick of being out of shape and being seen as a weakling. I want to get in shape. I want to build some muscle and get ripped. And I was wondering if P90x was to just jump right into, or should start with something less intense? Thanks.
