Are there any INTPs here in a leadership role? I’m in my first semester in a Master’s program for Healthcare Administration. I initially went into the field for less control over me (some form of autonomy) and financial incentives (broad area: I can specialize in certain sectors in healthcare). What qualities do you think should I try to focus on to form a well-rounded leader? From your experience, what were some adversities you faced and how did you overcome it? I also aspire to start a medical home care business in the future and this program can serve as a stepping stone to be successful in the business.
