I hate it when people ignore what I say

Post Body

Whenever I chat with my group of friends or group mates about certain topics, they don’t really acknowledge what I say. I can understand when its only small talk or random stuff, but don’t tolerate it well when it comes to deep conversations. It just feels disrespectful because I only engage in conversations when I am knowledgable about the topic. It makes me feel that I am not welcome even tho I am sure that I am making valid points. I don’t usually get annoyed but man, I hate it when this happens. Do you guys also feel the same?

Edit: I forgot to add something: what’s even worse is that I feel that it was my mistake to join in on such conversations. I could’ve been silent but instead I just felt like a clown.
