Ti-Si loop and nostalgia
Post Body

I've been reading about INTP's loop and it's usually mentioned how it means you are stuck in analyzing your mistakes in the past / what you could have done differently, etc.

I believe I was in a loop for a year, but what was happening to me was chronic nostalgia for every period of my life, even though my current life was better (except that I started feeling old (20 only...) and maybe that was what triggered it, or my Si developed finally). For more than a year I continually went over and analyzed both my own experiences and how the world used to be - I mastered my memory, I guess? I knew what exactly I was doing every month of every year in the past 10 years and I missed all that. I was dissatisfied with many things even though my life was objectively GOOD. And it was a strange concept for me to let go of the past and accept possibilities in my life, I think. I finally got over it last year but for now I can't explain how.

Is it still a Ti-Si loop or something else? I'm sure I am not mistyped, and there are also two more INTPs I know that have experienced similar nostalgia.
