35 and it seems like time just passed by. I envy those in their 20s and want to turn back time
Most people eventually "settle down" and start acquiring responsibilities. Job, house, spouse, kids, etc. Then your body starts to not work as well as it used to, and you have to spend 4x the effort to get or stay in shape. You lose tough with old friends and have trouble making new ones because everyone is busy and preoccupied with their own lives.
Don't get me wrong, I'm satisfied with how life has turned out and I do the work to make it as good as I can, but it's still a lot of work. My 20s felt effortless, and I'd be lying if I said I wouldn't want to feel that way again.
I mean, mid 20s are like the peak of your existence. You're old enough to do all the things, you probably have enough money to support yourself and have a bit of fun, and few enough responsibilities that you're not bogged down worrying about everything.
Come back when you're 40 and tell me you don't miss that.

That literally describes all of existence though.
