How many of y’all hold what would be considered “radical” political beliefs/ideologies?
Post Body

I have a feeling that “mainstream” political views like simply being a republican/democrat (sorry for being American-centric) are less common with our type because we’re deep thinkers, non-conformist, and seem to have a disdain for authority. If you don’t, are you particularly interested or well informed in politics/politcal philosophy? Let me know

Comments

I consider myself anti-ideological. My politics more closely align with the "left" than the right, but that mostly has to do with the right being motivated primarily by spite and malice. Thr left unfortunately tends toward delusion when their idealistic view of humanity fails to match up with reality, so they're still pretty counterproductive.

I can probably narrow down a few guiding principles to my collective stances on things, but mostly I think people aren't even arguing over the right questions.
