Now more then ever I think this company is complete shit. They continue to give false promises to shareholders and REFUSE to increase shareholder value. Here is the promises they have made that all were horse shit. 1) Matt said they have 3rd party financing, so they have no reason to dilute - Not only did they dilute because of the acquisition but they diluted this week several million shares 2) Matt’s late conference call he stated they were looking to decrease shares. This NEVER 👎🏾 happened and probably never will. 3) Matt recently missed his promise to have financials done by end of year.

At what point do we look at tue company (not for its potential) but for what it actually is which is complete shit 💩. ..
