Enchantress vs Enchantress interaction foreshadowing comic events?

In an interaction, June tells the opposing Enchantress that she needs the Justice League Dark's help. Enchantress replies that "Zatanna and friends are in a shallow grave." To which she replies "they weren't your' s to bury."
Have I missed something or at some point in the Injustice 2 comics is Enchantress going to kill Zatanna? Last i checked Zatanna was alive at the Tower of Fate, as of year 2. Is there foreshadowing of a JLD forming and dying in the comics?
